Horiany - a village now within the city of Uzhgorod. It is located 3 km south-east from the regional center of the Transcarpathian region. Since 1970, as part of the city of Uzhgorod.

Gorianska rotunda located on the last hill on the outskirts of the Carpathians Uzhgorod - one of the oldest architectural monuments of Ukraine European importance. Scientists theorize that this place could ever be the center of Uzhgorod, because nearby are the ruins of the castle, and, therefore, could be rotunda chateau church.
Unique murals XI-XIV centuries., That cover the walls of the rotunda, came to us in poor condition because they killed nails, their inscriptions on the walls nashkryabaly "grateful" visitors.
