Deida. Vacation

Deida - Village Beregovskogo district, Transcarpathian region. It is home to more than 2,000. Settlement area is 2.1 km. square. The average altitude is 110 meters above sea level. It can be reached by road of local importance.

The village was established in 1957 through the merger of villages and Berehdyyda Mezevhomok. Then these villages were located at a distance of 700-800 meters from each other, they now completely merged.
Mezevhomok (Gomoku) - Hungarian-Slovak village in Nadtysyanskomu region. His family owned the land toe;
Berehdyyda-Hungarian village, located 5 kilometers west of the coast. Already in the 14th century. here were zhupni fees. On the western edge of the village is located tract "Kirva" at the highest point of which is an earthen castle "So-pitch." It is small in size strengthening diameter of 25 meters, circled three ramparts.
In Dyydi survived several major attractions, including:
  • Castle "So-pitch" - archaeological site of the XII-XIII centuries;
  • Reformed Church (XIV century);
  • Greek-Catholic Church (XVI century).
