Enerhodar - city in the Zaporizhia region. Located on the left bank Enerhodar Kahovsky reservoir in the Lower Dnieper.
Enerhodar was established in 1970, named the city in 1972, and received city status Enehrodar August 14, 1985. The population is 54,739 inhabitants (as of May 1, 2013). The city area is 63.5 sq. km. The climate in Energodar temperate summers are hot with little rainfall, mild winters.
Founded the city in linking with the construction of Zaporizhzhya TPP. Today Zaporizhia nuclear power plant is the largest in Europe.
Recreational walks in Enerhdari Quay is a channel where you can vidvidvty cafés, exhibitions and shops. Every two years in conducting theater festival. This international event is called "good theater." The festival takes place at the theater PCs "Contemporary" and collects a lot of bands from Europe.
