History of the Brody district starts from November 27, 1939.

The remains of the castle he built 1630-1635 by renowned French architect Guillaume Levasseur de Boplan. Pidhirtsi Castle was built in 1635-1640 by architect Boplan years as a summer residence Stanislaus Koniecpolski. He is considered one of the most unique monuments of European art.
