Novoarhanhelsk - small town in the district of Kirovograd region Novoarkhangelsk. As of January 1, 2013 population is 6453 people. Distance from regional center is 120 km. Archeologists found the remains of ancient settlements that belong to the XVI - XV century. Since 1742 the village was given the name of Archangel town. In the 50 years of the XVIII century changes name and becomes Arhanhelhorod. In March 1764 settlement is named Novoarhanhelsk. Residents of the town were mainly involved in military service, farming, hunting, fishing, beekeeping. Found on site archaeological complex - the Golden City mid XIV century. In the area of open ground graves ¬ nik where things happen among religious objects that point to the Christian faith of their owners. We found the remains of "mint" Ceramic water supply, heating devices - Tandoor, used as a domestic oven.
