Dobrovelychkivka - urban village. It represents the center Dobrovelychkivka district in Kirovohrad Oblast. It is believed that the founder of the village blacksmith is Velichko, who lived on the river Dobra - a tributary of Dry Tashlyk, 100 km west of Kirovograd and 27 km from the railway station.
