Kvasovo - Village Beregovskogo district, Transcarpathian region. Located 12 km away. east of the district center. Former name - Kvasov. The village is situated in a picturesque location on the right bank of the river Borzhava. Kvasov one of the oldest settlements not only Beregovo, but throughout Transcarpathia. It is home to about 900 people. The area is 2.26 km. square. The average altitude is 120 meters above sea level.
The first written mention of the village dates back to 1390 the year when Kvasov received a gift from Polish King Sigismund Janos son Dyerdya Nadmihayyi.
