Koktebel. Vacation
Koktebel - small town, located on the Black Sea, on the Koktebel Bay, at the foot of the volcanic massif.
The area is only 0.81 km2, the population is 2,841 persons.
Koktebel exact date of foundation is unknown. Ancient sources mention Afineon settlement, which was located near Koktebel, but traces of ancient times in Koktebel not found.
Museum Gliding, Gliding Center "Koktebel" Karadag Nature Reserve, which is an initiative of the Academy of Sciences of the Ukrainian SSR based on Karadag scientific station name TI Vyazemskiy August 9, 1979. Reserve area - 2874 ha - it has three main objects in Koktebel, you should visit any tourist who will visit in this beautiful city.
