The date of establishment of the House of Champagne "New World" is considered to be 1878, when Prince Lev Golitsyn estate acquired New World and decided to do this new, promising business - the production of champagne. In Golitsyn was the goal - to create exquisite products that are not inferior to the best French models.

After the October Revolution of 1917 and the Civil War mansion in the New World repeatedly subjected to raids and looting. The situation has stabilized relative to 1920, the enterprise in the New World was nationalized. Marked the beginning of a very different time, a different history - the history of the Factory of sparkling wines "Novyi Svit", the official founding date which is December 1, 1920.

Today the House of Champagne "New World" is in the public domain. Its director - Janina P. Pavlenko, became the first female leader of the "New World" in its history.
