Duliby - a village in Stryj district, Lviv region. Located on the banks of the river Stry. It is home to 3,671 persons. Settlement area is 25.2 km. square. The average altitude is 305 meters above sea level. It can be reached by road of local importance.
Year of foundation village Duliby believe in 1463. Apparently, the name of the village went from tribal "Duliby" living on the territory of the present village. In 1492 occurred the distinction between royal villages Duliby and Girne that were subject Stryj age. After the partition of Poland in 1772 Galicia goes to Austria. Austrian government in 1785 invaded German colonists throughout Galicia. Also, the Germans settled in the village Duliby.
