Kryvorivnya - Verkhovynsky village district of Ivano-Frankivsk region, located on the shores of the Black Cheremosh. Founded in 1654. The first written mention of the village dates back to 1719 year. Population - 1493 inhabitants.
Kryvorivnya - like resting place of the famous writer Ivan Franko. Here there were Lesya Ukrainian, Ignat Khotkevych, Stefanik and others, there was written "Shadows of Forgotten Ancestors". In priselke Grushovka had a villa Hrushevsky.
Monument of the village is the Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary with a bell tower.
