Turka - the regional center of the same district, Lviv region, the unofficial capital Boykivshchyna. For the most likely version of a city got from the original wild bulls - tours that were carried out in the surrounding woods. The city's name has nothing to do with the Turks. Turk is located 137 km south of the city on the left bank of the river Stry, also through the city rivers Jablonka and Litmyr. It is home to 7,114 people. Settlement area is 3 km. square.
