Located Lviv Horticulture Research Station.It belongs to the National Academy of Agrarian Ukraine. He specializes in creating new varieties of fruits and berries, improving production technologies garden material, development of facilities for the care of orchards, berries and nursery.

For seasonal work harvesting work every day from 2 to 2.5 thousand people who came from different localities. Paid for the work usually berries.In disobedience to the practice often arrived students of agricultural schools.

The village is an interesting architectural monument - The wood church of St. Michael.Built in 1897, the author of Nagorno Basil.
