Husiatyn - urban village in Ukraine, located in the same area of the Ternopil region. The population of the district is about 8 million people.
Throughout its history, the town name was changed: Vsyatyn, Usyatyn, Gusyatin.The most likely origin of the name of the village pohodoyt nickname CSS. There is another version of that on the village common vegetation - husyatnyk.
The town is situated on the right bank of the river Zbruch. The settlement is situated on the already known Podolsk Upland. Nearby Mount Medybory - unique monuments of sight of national importance.
The first mention of the village dates from 1431 year. Mentioned in the chronicles through the battles that took place nearby between Polish and Lithuanian troops.
