Palace of Culture " Crystal" - the center of cultural life Novoyavorivsk built November 4, 1984 , was commissioned in January 1985. There are important measures of socio -political and economic forums.Every year at the Palace of Culture " Crystal" a festival "Young Galicia" (7-12 July since 1991 ) , who gave a ticket to the artistic life of many young artists, now known Ukrainian pop stars and show business : composer Timur Usmanov, Ruslan Talabiri , popular singer Katherine Buzhinskaya , Natalia Buchinsky, Katie Chile, Shadow Carol , Oksana Gritsay (Mika Newton ).
