There are two cottages on the territory. The first - a two-storey cottage with 8 rooms. On the ground floor there is a sauna and swimming pool. On the ground floor there is a kitchen. On the second floor - two 2-bed rooms, four 3-bed rooms and one 5-bed (two-storey) room. Rooms have double or single beds, wardrobe, TV, underfloor heating. Bathrooms (toilet, shower, towels - 1 per person)are on the floor, in 3-bed rooms bathroom is one for 2 rooms. Two standard rooms, which have bathrooms (WC, shower, towels - 2 per person, dryer, washing machine).The second cottage is four-storey. On the ground floor there is a sauna and swimming pool. On the second floor there are two 2-bed standard rooms (double bed, sofa bed, TV, wardrobe, bathroom - WC, shower). On the third floor thre are two double rooms (double bed, sofa bed, TV, wardrobe, bathroom - shower, toilet, sink) and 2-person economy class room (2 single beds, clothes hanger, TV, shared bathroom). On the fourth floor there are 2 rooms of economy class: 4-bed room (double bed and 2 single beds, table and chairs), 2-bed room (double bed, table and chairs), bathroom (shower and WC). In the loft there is 1 room of economy class (double bed, clothes hanger, TV), bathroom (toilet, shower).

Farmstead is located in picturesque surroundings, 500 m. away from the chair lift on Trostyan. The windows and balconies have great views of the Trostyan.
